On this 5 days-tour you will discover the most important sites of Sri Lanka such as Dambulla, Sigiriya, Kandalama, Matale, Kandy, kithulgala, Colombo, Ramboda and Nuwaraedliya.
We will visit Dambulla caves and Dambulla rock temple which is a World Heritage Site and the most impressive of Sri Lanka’s cave temples. We will climb Sigiriya rock fortress and discover the rampart, and extensive gardens including the renowned water gardens ring. We will visit also the world¬ renowned frescoes of the ‘Heavenly Maidens’ of Sigiriya, which are in a protected pocket of the rock approached by a curved.
On our road to Nuwareliya, we will visit Sri lanka’s Premier hill tea growing region and world famous for the production of high-quality tea. According to your wishes, we will discover other places and sites to enjoy this trip to the fullest.
On arrival you will be met by our representative at Banaranayake International airport and Transfer yourhotel from Airport to Sigiriya. En route visiting Dambulla caves Dambulla rock temple was constructed by king Walagambahu in the 1st century B.C. and it is a World Heritage Site. It is the most impressive of Sri Lanka’s cave temples. The complex of five caves with over 2000 sq. meters of painted walls and ceilings is the largest area of paintings found in the world. It contains over 150 images of the Buddha of which the largest is the colossal figure of the Buddha carved out of rock and spanning 14 meters. Overnight stay at Sigiriya /Dambulla / Kandalama .
After breakfast at a Hotel in Sigiriya. Climb Sigiriya rock fortress that is a world heritage site, constructed by King Kashyapa (477¬495 AD) in the 5th century. The ‘Lion Rock’ is a citadel of unusual beauty rising 200 meters from the cleanse forest. The rock was the innermost behold of the 70hectare equipped town. A moat, rampart, and extensive gardens including the renowned water gardens ring the base of the rock. Visit the world¬ renowned frescoes of the ‘Heavenly Maidens’ of Sigiriya, which are in a protected pocket of the rock approached by a curved. These frescoes are painted in earth pigments on plaster. And continue to kandy, Kandy was the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings and is a World Heritage Site. The name “Kandy” conjures visions of splendor and magnificence. Many of the legends, traditions and folklore are still lovingly kept alive. En-route visiting spice Garden, visit tooth relic temple and participate evening ritual, Overnight stay at Kandy.

After Breakfast Proceed to Bandaranayake inter-national airport for departure and wish you a safe pleasant flight home.
